Greg Jacquin

Chief Executive Officer

Greg Jacquin is our Chief Executive Officer. Greg is responsible for overseeing the tactical direction and strategic growth of Pool Service Partners. Greg has been in the residential and commercial service industry for 20+ years. He has a passion and a track record of growing teams and businesses. Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Beth of 28 years, and their 18-year-old daughter, Jane. They are loyal Ole Miss fans and spend as much time as possible in Oxford, Mississippi.

Anabela Cruz

Chief Financial Officer

Anabela Cruz is our Chief Financial Officer. Anabela is responsible for day-to-day financial operations, while also ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. She also assists the CEO with developing financial strategies for rapid growth and expansion. Anabela loves outdoor activities, her two favorites being mountain biking and riding snow-mobiles.

Vice Chairman

Mark Scott founded PSP in February 2022. Mark was the CEO of the company prior to his current role as Vice Chairman and leading the business development team with Mike McVan. Mark is totally devoted to his daughter Dana and his son Colin. In his leisure time, you will find Mark on the golf course trying to avoid those dreaded double bogies.

Tim Sherlock

Vice President & General Manager

Tim Sherlock is a Regional Vice President. Tim is responsible for overseeing the southern companies under the PSP umbrella. Tim also is in charge of Procurement, which involves identifing needs, determing timeframes and selecting suppliers, negotiating pricing and rebates from distributors and manufactures. Tim has been in the swimming pool business for 38 plus years, holding various ownership and leadership positions. Tim enjoys fishing and golfing in his free time, as well as spending time with his wife Roberta and sons Luke, Jake and Ryan.

Tariq Ahmed

Vice President & General Manager

Tariq Ahmed joined PSP in May of 2024 as Vice President & General Manager, he is responsible for a region of portfolio companies and their operational success.
Prior to PSP, Tariq was VPGM at BrightView Landscape Services, where he held various leadership roles over 20 years. Tariq is a Ford Mustang enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at their baseball and softball games.

Sean Meyers

Vice President & General Manager

Sean Meyers is our Regional Vice President and General Manager of DS Pool Service North, Mid, and South. Sean is responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of all 3 locations. Sean has been in the pool business for almost 25 years, holding various ownership and leadership positions. Sean enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and daughter as well as all things University of Michigan and Philadelphia sports teams related.

John Ongaro

Director of Integrations

John Ongaro is our Director of Integrations. John leads the development and implementation of Service Titan as the company’s ERP platform. He focuses on ensuring seamless integration, driving operational efficiency, refining acquisition processes, and managing daily operations across the portfolio. John brings over a decade of experience in business and sales operations, having held leadership roles at notable organizations. At the technology logistics startup Point Pickup Technologies, he built and led a business unit, driving operational efficiencies and record growth. In the consumer goods sector, he spearheaded numerous projects driving regional sales strategies at Campbell’s and Nestlé, enhancing organizational performance. Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Director of Training and Development

Dustin Weller, our Director of Training and Development is responsible for developing and implementing procedures to promote the growth of our employees. Dustin has been in the pool service business for 25 plus years, holding various positions from lead service technician to owner. He enjoys riding motorcycles, boating and jetskiing in his free time, as well as spending time with his wife Kristin and his 3 adult children.

Mike McVan

Vice President of Business Development

Mike McVan is our Vice President of Business Development. Mike is responsible for generating acquisition candidates for PSP. Mike has been in the swimming pool business for 29 plus years, holding various roles from Service Tech to Regional Sales Manager. Mike enjoys building projects in his free time, as well as spending time with his family Jodie, Maggie and Taylor.
